Welcoming a rainbow baby into your life after loss is an experience that weaves together joy, grief, love, and healing in ways only you can truly understand. It’s a tender time filled with moments of awe and beauty, and it can also carry unique emotional complexities—lingering grief, heightened anxieties, and the shadow of trauma that may resurface unexpectedly. If this is the path you’re walking, please know you’re not alone. I see you, and I’m here to hold space for your experience with care, compassion, and support.

As your coach, I provide a safe, nurturing environment where your emotions are met with understanding and your needs are honored without judgment. Through coaching, we’ll work together to navigate the intricate layers of the postpartum period. This is a space to process fears, trauma triggers, or the heavy blend of joy and grief. With mindfulness tools, relaxation techniques, and strategies for managing anxiety, my goal is to empower you to cultivate calm and connection as you embrace this new chapter. 

As a postpartum doula, my support ensures your recovery is surrounded by practical care and emotional encouragement. From assisting with newborn care, lactation, and meal preparation to providing a helping hand with errands, sibling care, or even just a quiet moment for you to rest, I am here to lighten your load. Together, we’ll create a nurturing environment where you can heal, bond with your baby, and truly take the time you need to heal—body, mind, and spirit.

I deeply believe every parent deserves to feel supported and empowered as they transition into life with their baby. My role is to walk with you, offering guidance and care as you navigate this sacred time. You don’t have to face the challenges of postpartum alone.   • Getting Out: Assistance with attending appointments or running errands, providing logistical and emotional support when going out with a newborn.

  • Family Support: Care for siblings or other family members, providing you with time and space to recover and bond with your newborn.

  • Emotional Support: A compassionate presence to hold space for your emotions, listen without judgment, and offer a safe outlet for sharing your thoughts.

  • Community Resources: Connections to additional support groups, postpartum resources, and local services tailored to your needs.

  • Accessible Support: 24/7 phone or virtual availability, so you’re never alone during challenging moments.
