LOSS
Perinatal Loss Support
If you’ve recently learned that your baby no longer has a heartbeat, are preparing to miscarry or birth your baby, have made the heartbreaking decision to terminate following a diagnosis, or are grieving the loss of your baby, I am deeply sorry you’ve found yourself here.
The loss of a baby can affect every part of you—emotionally, mentally, physically, and within your relationships. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline or a predictable path, and you don’t have to figure out how to navigate what comes next on your own.
1:1 Loss Coaching
I offer compassionate, personalized coaching for parents navigating life after pregnancy or infant loss. Our time together is a safe space to talk openly about what you’re experiencing, process the emotions that come with grief, identify what you need right now, and find meaningful ways to move forward while continuing to honor your baby and your experience.
Whether your loss is recent or you’re further along in your grief, coaching can offer a place to feel heard, supported, and understood as you navigate healing, relationships, returning to everyday life, future decisions, and what comes next. Schedule an Intro Session to learn more.

Looking for Hands-On Bereavement Doula Support?
While I no longer provide in-person doula services, I can help connect you with a trained bereavement doula through Doula Synergy. Doula Synergy connects trained doulas, families, and providers to help families access knowledgeable, compassionate care during pregnancy and infant loss. A bereavement doula may provide hands-on and emotional support while you prepare for or experience miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, birth, and the immediate postpartum period.
Below, you’ll find my free Guide to Life After Loss, created to offer information, reflection, and support as you begin navigating what comes next. If you’re looking for more personalized support, you can also learn more about 1:1 Loss Coaching or schedule an introductory call with me. I’d be honored to hear your story, learn what you need right now, and explore whether coaching feels like the right support for you.
