Ashley Rose Salvitti
Full Spectrum Doula (Birth, Bereavement & Postpartum)
Certified Pregnancy & Infant Loss Coach

Hi, I’m Ashley Rose, and I’m here to walk alongside you on this transformative journey. I’m an optimist at heart, deeply passionate about connecting with people and making a difference in their lives. Supporting others during life’s most challenging and meaningful moments is what drives me, and it’s an honor to hold space for the healing and growth of those I serve.
My own experiences have taught me the profound importance of having the right support during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. My world changed forever when I found out my second daughter didn’t have a heartbeat at 29 weeks. I was grateful to have incredible support in the hospital. However, the days and months that followed were filled with anxiety and uncertainty, especially when I became pregnant again shortly after, only to face another devastating loss through miscarriage.
It was a long road of healing and recovery, including a period when my husband was deployed, before I could embrace hope and rediscover joy in pregnancy. When he returned, I was finally able to continue with renewed strength. Having weathered the storms of complicated pregnancies, unexpected birthing outcomes, loss, and the emotional challenges of pregnancy after loss, postpartum struggles, and parenting after loss, I understand the need for specialized support during this time and I'm here to be there for you!
As a Coach, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore your emotions, honor your grief, and rediscover your joy. Together, we’ll create actionable plans and build the resilience to navigate this journey with courage.
As a Doula, I provide grounded, nurturing care, honoring your unique needs and experiences. Whether it’s emotional support, physical recovery, or help with the day-to-day, I’ll be there to ease the load and create a space for healing and connection.
As a Mom, I bring lived experience of Motherhood and what it’s like to walk the pregnancy, birth, postpartum and loss journey firsthand. My oldest daughter Jadyn is 9 years old, and my son Westyn is 3 years old. Being a Mom is the most important, joyful, and rewarding role I have, yet it’s also the most challenging and undervalued. I know firsthand the ups and downs, the love and exhaustion, and the overwhelming beauty and complexity of this path.
You never know the twists and turns life may bring you, it's important to have someone to reach out to no matter what life throws at you.
Let’s navigate this together—with compassion, courage, and hope.
