Description

This 8-week coaching program is designed to provide a compassionate and supportive space for those navigating the complexities of loss and healing. Whether you’re processing a recent loss, rebuilding your life after grief, or seeking tools to navigate the challenges ahead, this program offers guidance, encouragement, and actionable steps to help you move forward with strength and hope. Over the course of eight weeks, we’ll meet weekly for personalized 60-minute coaching sessions tailored to your unique journey. Together, we’ll explore emotions, honor your grief, and create a pathway toward healing and rediscovering joy. Through this program, you’ll: - Gain tools for managing overwhelming emotions and building emotional resilience. - Develop self-compassion and mindfulness practices to ground and center yourself. - Identify your personal strengths and set achievable goals to move forward with confidence. - Learn to integrate loss into your life while finding space for hope and new beginnings. - Build a personalized support toolkit to sustain you beyond our time together. This program also includes: - Continuous support through 24/7 messaging access for questions or moments of need. - Reflective exercises and prompts to deepen self-awareness between sessions. - Mindfulness and grounding techniques to bring peace to your daily life.
